Someone forty minutes away grows them, certified organic. We post them at the right time of year for your patch, five times between October and April. You don’t have to know what goes in when — that’s the whole point.
Nothing is charged today. We take your card and charge it the morning each box goes out — so you’re never charged for a box we couldn’t send.
How it works
Three steps, then it just turns up
Pick a box size
Six, ten, fifteen or twenty plants. Bigger boxes cost less per plant, and the twenty ships free.
Choose what’s in it
Or don’t — we’ll fill it with what’s ready and what suits your town. Frost is very different in Tauranga and Hamilton.
Plant it
It arrives on a Monday, alive, in compostable pots. Put it in the ground that week.

We charge you what the courier charges us, shown as its own line — never hidden inside the price of a plant. The twenty-plant box includes it.

Including the months we don’t send
Nobody else in this game tells you upfront which months they’ll skip. We’d rather you knew now than wondered in June.
Why the gaps. January is too hot to post a living plant — it would arrive cooked. May to September there is genuinely nothing worth sending, so we don’t send you filler. Your subscription pauses; you’re not charged.

Charged on dispatch morning
Not on signup, not on a billing anniversary. If the weather stops a send, you are not charged for it. That’s structural, not a promise.

Paper pulp, made in Aotearoa. The pot goes in the ground with the plant.
